XP80 (mushroom control)

XP61 frontale thXP80 Mushroom is a microcomputer for climate control of a mushroom production unit. It can control temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide in the production environment.

The temperature is regulated by two functions: heating and cooling. Both functions have a double stage (2 relays) and can be operated in "on-off" mode or in "proportional" mode with variable on- and off timing for each stage depending on the room temperature.
The humidification function keeps the relative humidity (%RH) above a minimum preset value . Humydification cal also be operated by the "on-off" mode or the "proportional" mode with on and off times recalculated according to the humidity in the room.
The CO2 concentration is kept below a value that can be set by the user by turning on a dedicated fan for air exchange. CO2 control is carried out by means of a relay (starting contact) and a proportional output 0-10V for the regulation of the air flow.
The XP80 unit also allows a minimum air exchange as there is a relay dedicated to the control of basic ventilation. This function can be switched off by the user, kept on or maintained in "automatic" mode, or by turning on the fan only when the heating or cooling unit is started.
The sanification function is a feature so the user can start a cycle of sanitization of the environment setting the day of the week, the time of beginning and the duration.
The XP80 also offers an auxiliary input that can be dedicated to the detection of two types of alarm ("door opening" and "general alarm") or can be configured as an extra temperature probe.
When choosing the auxiliary probe, an additional cooling or heating function is available.
You can control ambient lights by setting time and duration of them. Also you can force, by means of a special setting, the lights are in “always on” or “always off” mode.
