FC line products realize the computerized control of an agricultural environment which changing-air is mainly controlled by windows actioning.The unit comes equipped with all relevant power components (contactors, automatic switches, etc.) mounted in an IP54 glass fiber box, completed of HC37 or HC36 (according to model), which caracteristic are described in the following page.
All components that the operator can use are mounted on the frontal unit (microcomputer module, automatic switch of single gear-motor, , automatic / manual selectors of single gear-motor, general switch) to permit to operate immediately with the unit.
The connection of temperature's probes and other possible external sensors (flap answer's potentiometer, humidity sensor, etc.) doesn't require any screened cables or divided ways from the power's line; this condition permits to obtain an easy and cheap connection.On FC/37 models is available the "calendar settings" function that permits automatically to up date the different daily settings, on the ground of preset curve at the beginning of the cycle.
Among the different options it's available the control of ventilation, the connection of an anemometer at 2 directions, the humidity control on each single zone.
The entire unit is made in compliance with EN 60439-1

HC37: mounted on FC/37 models is the ideal controller for agricultural environment actioning with control till to four windows indipendent groups, completed of alarm's temperature and of bad working of the unit and predisposition for fans command.
HC37 permits to personalize the working type on the ground of characteristics of unit to control; in this way the windows working can be chosen in proportional-floating way, that permits to obtain a modulated windows working, or you can choose an against reactioned proportional windows working of answer's potentiometer that, with the application of answer's potentiometer, permits a proportional actioning with position's research, on which you can program the % limits of opening and closing windows.
HC37 permits to personalize the set type of required temperature on each single zone, and it permits to operate the set's curve of environmental temperature, in order to up date daily this set in automatic way following the present curve at the beginning of the cycle.
HC37 permits to control the heating on-off or modulated on one of the zones (if they are not just working with window control).
HC37 besides obtaining the temperature and humidity's value of each single zone, obtains the external temperature and operates the work's program on the ground of these settings, and it permits to connect the wind speed meter at two directions to permit an immediately windows closing that are exposed to a strong wind.
HC37 controls the temperature's value of each single zone and it operates when this value exceeds the alarm prefixed limits.
Moreover, when it is proportional against reactioned working, it verifies the answer's signal of each single potentiometer calculating and updating at each actioning the mechanic imprecision percentage and it intervenes when there is an anomaly (mechanic breaking off of the potentiometer), flashing the bad working and setting an automatic way a floating emergency actioning.
HC37 records minimum and maximum values and the recording's times of temperatures of last 99 working days of each single zone and of external temperature, besides it records the hour and the temperature of last alarm's intervention.
HC37 permits to command the speed's regulators for the possible ventilation's unit.
HC36: mounted on models FC/36 is a simplified version of HC37 (see characteristics in the following schedule).
